Automatic Production Line by Italy-Veneto Machinery with production capacity of around 400 slabs per day.
The production line consists of following technological advantages:
6 Channel colour Sorter Machine to remove impurities from Raw Material and to ensure quality of super white luxurious marble colours.
Automatic Material Selection | Robotic Vein Designs | Carrara Feeding System | Rubber Mould Technology
16 head Calibration and 12 head Polishing on the back side.
24 head Calibration and 48 head Polishing on the front side.
Robotic arms to load and unload slabs on and off the line faster.
The manufacturing unit is located at Rajkot with shed area of approximately 2,26,000 square feet. The shed has space provision for a future second line with same size and same production capacity.
To decrease the projected carbon footprint, we are taking green initiatives like “Rain Water Harvesting, underground water reserve enrichment, Solar Panels on the rooftops and Green Harvesting. We are also ensuring that the by-products from the manufacturing process are minimal and are recycled.
